In the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 Food and Drink apps in Switzerland showcased varying performance trends across weekly downloads and active users. Below are the insights from Sensor Tower's data on these applications.

McDonald’s - Non-US saw a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads. Starting at around 4.2K in late June, the downloads peaked at approximately 13K in the week of August 22, before tapering off to about 7.5K by the end of September. The weekly active users also showed some movement, starting from around 129K and ending at roughly 119K.

Just-Eat.ch maintained a relatively steady download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers ranging from around 5.6K to 6.9K. The weekly active users remained consistent as well, fluctuating slightly between approximately 49.6K and 53.6K.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced a steady increase in downloads, starting from about 4.5K in late June and peaking at around 6.5K by the end of September. Weekly active users saw a significant rise, growing from approximately 170K to nearly 224K over the quarter.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery had a consistent download rate, with numbers oscillating between roughly 4.1K and 7.5K. Active user numbers showed a gradual increase, starting at around 80.3K and reaching 86.8K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, Burger King CH showed a varied download trend, beginning at around 4.9K in late June, dipping to about 2.1K in mid-September, and then surging to approximately 5.9K by the end of the quarter. The active user count remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 17.8K and 21.1K.
